High temperature resistant tempered glass is a common auxiliary tempered glass product for industrial boilers and industrial furnaces. There are five main inspection methods: 1. Scale inspection: use a ruler or tape measure with a minimum scale of 1mm to measure the diameter of the glass, Length, width and thickness. When it comes to high precision, it can be measured with a micrometer or an instrument of equal precision, with millimeters (mm) as the unit and accurate to two decimal places. 2. Anti-shock function inspection: including wind pressure resistance function inspection and anti-heavy object falling ball function inspection. 3. Bending inspection: put the high temperature resistant tempered glass upright, and place the ruler horizontally against the surface of the glass for measurement. The bow is expressed as a percentage of the ratio of the height of the arc to the length of the chord. Fragment condition inspection: place the high temperature resistant tempered glass sample on another sample of the same shape and size, bond the two samples with photosensitive paper, and use scotch tape to stick around the periphery. On the longest side and base line of the sample at a distance of about 20mm around the periphery, impact with a small hammer or punch with a tip curvature radius of 0.2mm ± 0.05mm to break the sample. 5.
